Jan Garcia and Stacey McNichols make a great team to help you with all your real estate needs. Both Jan and Stacey became real estate agents in early 2002. They offer you over a decade of combined real estate experience. Jan has lived in the Rogue Valley since she was two years old. She knows all the back roads and even jokes that she got here before the freeway did! With a wealth of knowledge regarding what the valley used to be like and where it is going, Jan can help you get a feel for this beautiful valley like only a 'native' Southern Oregonian can! Jan loves showing rural property and is well versed in all the ins and outs of rural property. Jan's father was a city planner so zoning issues, land use and geography is right up her alley. Stacey moved to the valley in 2005 to be closer to her husband's family. After spending her time as a realtor in the Seattle area it has been a great learning experience for her to get to know a whole new market. Stacey's specialty is new construction. She worked with builders and developers in Seattle taking their projects from the ground up to completion. Stacey has cultivated a relationship with a builder in the Rogue Valley and can help you with all your new construction needs. Bill Burfield Construction, LLC builds one-of-a-kind homes with quality that can't be beat. As you can see we have what you need when it comes to meeting your real estate needs! Call us today! Jan Garcia: I moved here in 1957 from the East coast. I have never wanted to move out of this beautiful state. I was raised in a family of planners so our decorations on our walls were maps. My mother was a cartographer and model maker extraordinaire for my fathers planning business. I went to college at Southern Oregon University and received my Bachelors of Science in Geography. I became a realtor on January 1, 2002. It has been a very challenging and rewarding experience growing my own business. I have learned so many amazing things. In 1999 I married by husband Rich and we have five children between us. Rich Jr. lives in Seattle and has a PHd in Psychology and works with autistic children. Elena and her husband Bill live in Medford. Elena graduated from Southern Oregon University as well and works at the VA Domicilary in Human Resources and our son-in-law Bill is a policeman for the City of Eagle Point. Our daughter Lucianne graduated from St.Mary's College of California and is a personal trainer and owns her own personal training studio, Numotion Fitness here in Medford. She is the head soccer coach for the women's program at North Medford High School. After 13 years as the head men's coach at North, Rich stepped down, took a year off, and is now Lu's assistant in the women's program. Dominic is an apprentice plumber and is married to Ashley. They have given us the two greatest gifts ever, our two grandchildren, Dominic Jr. born in January 2006 and baby Hadley Grace born July 2007. They make every day special!! And last but not least there is Ellie. She is a tech at the Imperia Laser Eye Center and loves her job. We have three crazy Jack Russell Terriors, Pele, Paco and Pita. My mother lives about 4 blocks away and we all get together every other Sunday for family dinner at our house. That way everyone can see the grand babies on a regular basis! I enjoy helping people realize their dreams!
Stacey McNichols: After living in the Seattle area for 20 years and working in the Seattle real estate market for four years, I am excited to bring my experience and professionalism to the Rogue Valley. My first two years licensed in real estate were spent as an assistant to a top producing agent learning how to build a real estate business as well as how to aggressively market, negotiate and represent the best interests of our clients. For the final two years I was brokered with the leader in the real estate market in the Seattle area and experienced great success, including being designated a FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction real estate agent in 2005. Seattle Magazine contracted an independent market research company to administer a rigorous "Best in Client Satisfaction" nomination process. Over 22,000 recent homebuyers, mortgage lenders and title companies were asked to cast a ballot to identify Seattle's exceptional real estate agents. After review by a blue ribbon panel of local real estate experts fewer than 7% of all licensed real estate agents in Seattle were selected. The list of Five Star agents was published in the December issue of Seattle Magazine. My focus in real estate is meeting the needs of my clients, whether that be in buying or selling a home. I am an agent known for my marketing and being on the cutting edge of technology. It is my desire to be a resource to you and provide information in your search for an agent.
On a more personal note, I have been married for 18 years to my husband Troy who is the varsity men's basketball coach at Crater High School. We have three beautiful daughters who keep our lives interesting and fun!! Cheraea plans to pursue an education in zoology, she loves working with animals. Bethany is very active in sports. Of course her first passion is basketball, but she also loves to play soccer and softball. Lexi is our girly girl, loves to sing and dance and cheer her sisters on in their life endeavors.
Give me a call , I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you, and meet your real estate needs.
